The university's course guide came out a few days ago, so knowing me, I obsessively spent hours on it formalizing hypothetical schedules for next fall to see if I can fill it with distribution requirements for architecture major and art minor whilst still managing to fit Japanese in. I was afraid I was going to have to take some intensive courses over the summer term because it wouldn't fit, but thus far, it has been working! Hopefully everything I need stays put as they are on the current course guide, because right now I am tasting heaven drops; my schedule looks perfect!
Also, last week I'd just went in for Walk-In Advising for the Art School, which definitely helped me; and also I started emailing my Japanese professor about the minor- it totally helped me in my decision to double minor or not.
Right now I am veering away from double minoring in Art and Japanese. I'm not all too interested in taking a bunch of Japanese culture classes. I find the topic fascinating, but the workload on top of studio classes doesn't look at all appealing. だから、プロフィシエンシーに行きましょう!
